Dr. Tiffany Hall and Dr. Brittany Welch are the specialists in charge of the internal medicine services offered by Equine Medical Center of Ocala.  Internal medicine is a specialty field of veterinary medicine that addresses problems of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, ophthalmology, dermatology, gastrointestinal, oncology (cancer), muscular, and critical care of neonates.
